Built in 2023, our hotel offers 52 modern, stylish rooms with balconies in four different room categories. Whether classic or deluxe, they all have one thing in common - after a strenuous day at a seminar or after returning from a visit to the city, the rooms invite you to relax and unwind.

Seminars
Our hotel has 5 seminar rooms and 2 meeting rooms. They offer wonderful space for conferences, meetings or celebrations of any kind. All rooms are air-conditioned and accessible for the disabled.
Our seminar and meeting rooms can be booked for half a day, a full day or by the hour.
The seating options depend on the number of people and can be arranged individually.

You can choose between Classic, Superior, and Deluxe rooms. The rooms differ mainly in size and amenities. The Deluxe rooms also feature a pull-out couch and can accommodate up to four guests.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Breakfast is not included in the room rate and can be added for €22 per person. The extensive breakfast buffet is served in our adjacent restaurant.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
Yes. There are about 100 free parking spaces available right in front of the hotel. There is also a bus parking lot right in front of the hotel.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes. Our rooms and common areas are wheelchair accessible. The rooms also feature walk-in showers.
Is there a fitness center at the hotel?
Yes. Our air-conditioned fitness room offers a variety of equipment for cardio and strength training and is available to our hotel guests.
When can I check in at the hotel?
Our front desk is open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Outside of these hours, you can conveniently use our 24/7 self-check-in service.

Yes. Our 24/7 self-check-in allows for flexible check-in even outside of reception hours. The front desk is staffed daily from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
How far is the hotel from Graz Airport?
Graz Airport is about an 8-minute drive from the hotel. A paid airport shuttle can be arranged upon request.
