Instructions for self check-in

1. You already have a reservation/booking:

   1. Tap on "Check-in"
   2. Enter your surname and date of arrival
   3. If No booking is found:
      1. Tap on „Advanced search“
      2. Enter the booking number from your booking confirmation
         Important: Bookings via Booking.com only appear in the system approx. 20 minutes after completion.
         If necessary, also try using first names.

1. 4. Enter registration data and sign
   5. Make payment (if applicable, only local tax €2.50 per person/night)
   6. Room card will be issued automatically
      You will receive details also via mail

2. You have no reservation/booking:

   • Please book through our website or via Booking.com.
   • After about 20 minutes your booking will be available in our system and you can check in

You have recently booked via booking.com and already made a payment, but the Self Check-In still demands a payment? You will be reimbursed at our reception the following day. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
