Hotel -House rules

The following regulations apply to you and your guests for the duration of your stay in order to enable you to have a pleasant stay and a regulated process.

Opening times – general

The main entrance door is usually open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and then electronically locked. You can open it with your room chip card. If you lose your chip card, please inform the reception immediately.

Our reception is only manned at certain times. You can find this out on the information sign at reception. Our employees are of course always happy to answer your questions or concerns. If you have a problem regarding your stay in our house, you are welcome to contact one of our employees at any time.

Room and Cleaning

Proper use is assumed and expected of you. All furniture is owned by the hotel. We request that you report any damage or loss to reception immediately and without delay.

Our rooms are cleaned daily. However, please pay attention to cleanliness in the rooms yourself, which goes beyond the daily basic cleaning.

Please decide for yourself whether you would like a change of towels by placing them on the floor.

If soiling, which exceeds the normal extent of use, is found after the guest's departure, the hotel is entitled to subsequently charge the guest for the repair costs, costs for replacement or for cleaning.

Pets

Bringing pets requires the consent of the hotel or its employees. The guest is obliged to register his pet in advance.

Pets may only be brought along provided that the animals are under the constant supervision of the guest, are free of contagious diseases and do not pose any other danger to the hotel staff or other hotel guests. If you are outside the hotel, we ask that you do not leave pets alone in the room. If you leave your pet alone in the room for a short period of time, we ask that you post the do not disturb sign on the outside of the room door to prevent our cleaning staff from entering the rooms during this time. You are welcome to inform our staff at the reception at what time the room cleaning would be possible.

In the case of heavy soiling and/or odors, we reserve the right to charge for cleaning costs. The same applies to damage caused by your animal. Dogs must also be kept on a leash in the hotel and on the hotel grounds. If the house rules are disturbed by the animal, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the guest accommodation contract.

Use of the Internet

When using our WLAN Internet access, the provisions of the legally applicable data protection and the protection of children and young people must be observed. Violations of this are generally subject to notification.

We assume no liability for damage caused by failure of the WLAN reception.

Safe & lock/storage of your valuables:

Please deposit your valuables in the room safe only. A description of how the room safe works is available in the room or will be explained to you by the hotel staff on arrival. The room safe must be kept locked at all times, and the safe must also be locked each time you leave. The hotel is only liable up to the legal limit and is limited to the sum insured under the hotel's liability insurance for the room safe, which is €550.00. In addition, no legal claims can be made against the house. A case of damage occurs when there is a violent entry into the room and into the room safe and the authorities report it.

Valuables such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, money, jewellery, etc. brought in by the participants of the event are not subject to the hotel's liability and must not be left unattended in the seminar room.

Arrival and departure

Our rooms are available to you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of your departure, the room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. If you still have plans for excursions after clearing your room, or you have an appointment where your luggage is a nuisance, you can store it at reception. In this context, please note that the space at reception for storing luggage is limited and that we accept no liability for loss or damage to your luggage.

No smoking / no open flames

There is NO SMOKING in the entire building complex. We ask that you respect this and smoke outdoors. Please also note: For insurance reasons, it is forbidden to handle open fire (candles, incense sticks, etc.) in the conference and seminar rooms or in/in the rooms and in the building.

The fire alarm is triggered by smoke, excessive vapor or gas development, and tampering with fire detectors and sprinklers. In the event of non-compliance, we have to charge for the use of the fire brigade, as well as for special cleaning.

Illegal drugs and weapons

Bringing illegal intoxicants and weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banning. In this case, the responsible authorities will also be informed.

Night's sleep, order and security

From 10:00 p.m. the night's rest applies in all rooms, corridors and on the outdoor area. Any noise should be avoided. Failure to observe the night's rest can lead to immediate eviction from the house. The hotel expects respectful interaction with other guests and the staff. It is not allowed to lean over the balcony, sit on the balcony structure (glass or plant trough), throw objects out of the windows or from the balcony or shout out of the windows.

It is important to note the maximum payload of the elevators. The hotel assumes no liability for improper use and we must charge you for the costs incurred as a result.

Visitors are only allowed to enter the rooms after prior registration at the reception. The staff can refuse access in individual cases.

Parking

The hotel has numerous free car parking spaces. The road traffic regulations (StVO) apply to all parking spaces according to the latest version. In winter, appropriate clearance and protective measures are taken care of.

Use of the conference rooms/seminar rooms

The conference and seminar rooms are to be used properly. Pin boards, flip charts, decoration material etc. are provided by the hotel according to the agreed room set-up. None of the walls of the conference or seminar rooms may be covered with decorative material or other objects. Before leaving the conference rooms, we ask you to turn off the lights and to close the windows in the interests of the environment and economy.

Miscellaneous

Changes to our house rules are possible at any time and can be viewed at the reception. We reserve the right to terminate the existing contract and to stop services for those guests who disregard our house rules and cause damage to the staff, other guests or the hotel through their behavior.
