Reception manager/ Front- and Backofficemanager (m/f/n)

Several years of experience at the reception, ideally as a reception manager, completed relevant schooling in tourism or HAK, entrepreneurial thinking and Cost-conscious, communicative German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage, we require good knowledge of Microsoft Office, additionally communication and teamwork skills

Deputy reception manager (f/m/n)

Several years of experience at the reception, ideally as a reception manager, completed relevant schooling in tourism or HAK, entrepreneurial thinking and Cost-conscious, communicative German and English skills, other foreign languages are an advantage, we require good knowledge of Microsoft Office, additionally communication and teamwork skills.

Concierge/receptionist (f/m/n)

Completed schooling in the hotel industry, written and spoken English (if applicable another foreign language), experience in dealing with hotel IT systems, individual welcome, care and coordination of regular and house guests (?), Check In / Check Out, reservation acceptance and processing, proper Cash register and accounts receivable, coordination of telephone calls, guidance, motivation and induction of new employees and trainees, Complaint handling and follow-up.

Head of Housekeeping/ housekeeper (m/f/n)

Duty roster design, supervision and responsibility of the cleaning staff, employee deployment planning with work plans, training and further development of Employees, quality control of all areas, regular room checks, final inspections, preparation and management of cleaning and disinfection plans, flawless communication with the areas of technology and reception, ordering, inventories, storage and professional use of cleaning agents, Guest items and laundry.

Housekeeping staff (m/f/n)

Cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and toilets, compliance and implementation of HACCP regulations, creation of the mise-en-place necessary for the work, professional disposal of waste and recyclables.
